San Francisco March 2022

We had a fantastic spring break in San Francisco - it was a perfect mix of seeing good friends, enjoying the outdoors, and sightseeing in San Francisco. And I suppose it is a major accomplishment that we left the city with our rental car intact? Lol. This was our final itinerary:

Day 1: Gray Whale Cove and a bike ride at Half Moon Bay, overnight San Jose Airbnb (two nights)
Day 2: Monterey Bay Aquarium and 17-Mile Drive
Day 3: Lombard Street, Fisherman’s Wharf, and Pier 39 (Ghirardelli, Musee Mecanique, Palette Tea House, Umbrella Alley), cable car ride, The Escape Game: Special Ops, overnight Chancellor Hotel in Union Square (four nights)
Day 4: Pi Day at the Exploratorium, a twilight cruise, and dinner at Original Joe’s in North Beach
Day 5: All About Chinatown Tour (Good Mong Kok bakery), Japantown (Marufuku Ramen), Alamo Square, Haight-Ashbury, The Escape Game: Gold Rush
Day 6: Japanese Tea Garden, City Guides Golden Gate Park tour, Cinderella Cafe & Bakery, Arsicault Bakery, Golden Gate Bridge, Marshall Beach, Tony’s Pizza in North Beach
Day 7: Dolores Park, Kitchen Story, and an urban hike (Corona Heights and Buena Vista Parks); Temescal Park with friends, overnight with friends in Piedmont (three nights)
Day 8: Point Reyes National Seashore, Cowgirl Creamery
Day 9: Catching up with friends
