Whats up Mr Mus!?!?!?!?!!?!?!? We were @ jesses after sliding round on el 4 wheelzr n we were lookin @ some birdies. Sure enuff we started 2 argue and we saw a Chipping Sparrow, a Tufted Titmouse and a crap load of black capped chicks. there was also a Dark eyed Junk. me n dylan were fighting with jesse n jesse was always rong. We just wanted 2 say ello dood. Pce out.

Dear Mr Muskrat, Your pictures are fantastic. As a young teen I was an avid bird watcher. I have been a missionary for over 35 years (mostly in Eastern Europe)and stumbled across your sight. Beautiful! I had a question about 2 pictures: a song-sparrow looked more like a fox sparrow to me (I could be wrong) & is the american kestrel the same as a sparrow hawk. Rob

You must be the most patient man this side of the National Geographic. I love my birds but never get around to getting decent photos. My telephoto lens makes my camera front heavy and it tends to wobble while I'm focusing and shooting. If I set it on a tripod the birds always take off before I can get set. Now I can just check out your photos and look out my windows at the feeders. Thanks. The Hook

Really enjoying your bird photos. My daughter loves to take bird pictures and I'd like to send you one she took of a woodpecker, but what kind it is we're not sure. It has a red head, but looks different from the photo you have of the red bellied woodpecker. Ruth Cavanaugh, Staten Island, NYC
