Not as colorful and pretty as a flower macro, but I was afraid I was beginning to rely on those a bit too much!
I'll get back to some fall flowers! This isn't the prettiest thing, but something about it intrigued me!

I've got tons of these in my backyard, aren't they old Queen Anne's Lace? Lighting and detail are just super.

I love the detail and the graceful, errant stem.

Not so colorful at all and yet still so attractive.. You've captured it with a very artistic angle with nice dof.

Beautiful dof. Gotta get me a copy of this lens. ;)

Excellent. Often these are more interesting than the full, perfect blooms.

You've seen it with an artists eye, and shape and structure become
beautiful in this one Mindy, I'm always intrigued by these after the green and white of their summer beauty fades.

Well it has great texture and patterns, doesn't need to be pretty. Very nice, Mindy!

Hey .. it marks the end of summer. Nice work.

So delicate and fragile ... I think that is what it is, and the blank background. Nicely seen ... :)

Maybe the fragility of the stalks--that's what always pulls me in. Like they don't want to give up, quite yet.
