Update!

Though I had already taken my photo for the day, I saw my Mom walk for the first time tonight without her walker, and thought this wonderful
event was worthy of a PAD II Sept 27th posting! Gone is the wheelchair!! And gone is the walker!! Down to just this cane,
a 'healing stimulator', two braces - one for walking and one for straightening out the leg, and some pretty tough
physical therapy still! It's been a long road, but the light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter! ;-)
