While we were out of the car walking around at the "end of the road" I happened to look up and see this strange cloud on the left. I don't recall EVER seeing such a cloud before - it reminded me of HUGE cotton ball! Not only did I take a picture of it, I took a short video to prove that I didn't alter this photo in any way.
