Splitting my photos into sub-galleries from this trip, there were a LOT taken while we were driving. I've tried arranging them more by subject. Things were so vibrantly colorful that I took TONS of photos of the many colors of Rhodendruns blooming, plus other flowering trees & shrubs throughout my vacation. Washington's main "color" along the highways is a bright yellow weed, called "Scott's Broom". It was brought over from Scotland by early immigrants and was what they made their brooms from in Scotland. It has since taken over this whole area.
