This was one of Cassie and her girls' favorite state parks for years that they went camping at. It used to be a 15-mile long road that dead-ended at a very nice campground high above the river below. However, several years ago, a mudslide took out a section of the road and so now the road ends after 9.6 miles with no campground available. We both loved seeing all the beauty as we drove down that road, parking by the handful of cars at the end, walking around a bit, then driving back out. It was BEAUTIFUL!! I've grouped my pictures by subject instead of chronological.
