No sign at all, the road just ends, with a slight "hump" and walking path that only goes a short distance beyond. I'd hate to be driving on this road for the first time, in the dark, and have NO idea that the road ended so abruptly! There wasn't even a "cul-de-sac" type rounding at the end to give a hint, just the same width the rest of the road had been.
