A colourful waterfront, a crowded market, clothes made to measure overnight, streets of old building that flood
every year and are World Heritage listed, great food, smiling people, no war damage because the Koreans were
here then, a cheerful guide who borrowed a motorbike to take me to an ATM, a particularly good hotel with
a swimming pool from which I rescued enormous beetles, cheap laundry, and all these pictures. We liked Hoi An.
