It was built in 1875 as a dormitory for assistant pastors. However, the uses and occupiers or even the name of building were altered several times in the past 100 years.
Now, it is the premises of Aletheia University, College of Tourism and Leisure Industry. They have arranged many different seminars, performances and exhibitions in this house.
Also, there is a small cafe for providing afternoon tea services to visitors.
