Shrine of the Golden Buddha

Built in 2007, this shrine, known officially as Phra Maha Mondop houses the world's largest solid-gold Buddha image (Phra Buddha Maha Suwanna Patmakorn), which is on the top floor. The floor beneath (the 3rd floor) contains the golden Buddha image exhibition hall, and the 2nd floor is home to the Chinatown Heritage Center.
