As I was driving back home from the Grapevine Trade-O-Ree I got to thinking about my adventures in Boy Scout memorabilia collecting. I have been active in a serious sense for about 30 years. When I was a youth, I got a few (less that 25) but never actively traded. When I got involved in scouting as an adult, I had the financial means and the inclination to start collecting. My sons Richard, Robert and David enjoyed it as well. They were a great help when cataloging items and putting them in binders. Today's photo is of Richard and me putting items into the collection in 1999. It was fun and a great memory.
