Today I mainly tended my table of patches for sale. Yesterday I didn't even put them out because I was cruising around looking for stuff. I spotted one item that was needed for my collection (yeah, right, I need these things.) Finally, at the end of the day I went over to Ron's tables and made a deal for the pictured item. It is a beaded flap. There aren't too many of these types. They are certainly not intended to be sewn on a uniform, but it is an official lodge issue from Tonkawa 99. This is the first one I remember seeing for sale. The rule of thumb is if you find an issue that rarely appears, buy it! So I plunked down $300 and I walked away a happy camper. The Grapevine TOR was tons of fun. Can't wait until next year.
