I was very excited to learn how fast I could cook roasted Chinese pork in my air fryer after seeing this product recommended on a YouTube video.

When I opened the jar is smelled EXACTLY like the Chinese restaurant roast pork I had bought many times.

Sadly, it's very salty. Guessing I will have to buy roast pork from a restaurant or make the marinade from scratch, hoping I get the ingredient mixture correct and less salty.
