I am so tickled with my new Cosori Dual Blaze air fryer. Its heating coil on the bottom cooked the undersides of these slices beautifully brown, just a bit lighter than the tops. So nice not to have to turn each one to get even doneness. These were tossed with olive oil, granulated garlic and onion, paprika, and salt and were cooked using the "fries" setting on the unit.
