Capitol Hill Garage (1906) now The New Union Garage condos

This 1906 garage has had a long history, with the rumor that President Lyndon B. Johnson once had a car serviced there. It has now been converted into The New Union Garage, actually its original name, with three large one-level condos. Friends of ours own the house to the left in the photo and are none too happy about this development.
