Isalo

Carrying on north from Zombitse we arrived at Isalo in the late afternoon. We were staying at the very nice Satrana Lodge Hotel which is a bungalow style hotel - highly recommended. The next day we had a full day excursion walking in the Isalo NP, a mountainous area of deep valleys with a small but pretty waterfall. There is a troop of Ring-tailed Lemurs by the camp site area in the park.
