Once a dairy store, now a private residence

This building on 11th Street SE was built in 1936 and used to be a “dairy store.” I don’t know if there was an actual dairy on the premises, too, but probably not given the size. The lot (not building!) measures 1,825 square feet and was last listed for $925,267, although I’m not sure in what year.

The building to the right of the picture used to be the Carolina Theater, which was demolished and replaced by an office building that was then converted to condos.
