The Heri es-Souani, or Grainstore Stables, are considered to be one of the sultan’s finest creations. This monumental building, with 29 aisles, was designed for storing grain at a low and constant temperature. It was literally gigantic. The doors were enormous, too, but just didn’t show up to be so in my captures.
