I don’t like obvious duplication, but I just had to post one more picture of The Torch hotel because it was so extraordinary, plus I liked that the unusual top of it was visible in this capture.

I think this will be the last capture in the main Doha gallery. I’m so very pleased that there was such interest in it, and thank you so much for the comments and votes! I actually liked the city so much that I’m already planning to go back to see more and to explore a bit of Qatar outside of Doha.

Now, of course (!), I need to do a sub-gallery of the downtown architecture because that was the most amazing and surprising part of the city to me. And, well, because I love architecture!
