Not sure what it is, but I liked the three statues on the roof. I think it's located on Cornmarket Street (or is it Cornmarket High Street? or maybe just High Street?)
This is St Audeons Church in the High Street Dublin 8 and indicastes the start of the Liberties area of Dublin - The original church is a ruin building to the left of your pic - Build about 12th century.
