Vegan Pumpkin Bread w/Hazelnuts, Golden Raisins & Candied Ginger
 1 1/2 cups flour |
 Cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg & ginger |
 Baking soda & baking powder |
 Sea salt |
 Flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, ginger, nutmeg, cloves & baking powder before being whisked |
 Ingredients after whisked together |
 Vanilla |
 1/3 cup water & 1/2 tsp vanilla |
 Non-hydrogenated margarine |
 Cream 6 Tbs margarine |
 Organic sugar |
 Beat in sugar |
 Whisk 3 tsp egg replacer & 4 Tbs water |
 Beat in egg replacer |
 Pumpkin puree (I cheated and used canned) |
 Add pumpkin and beat at low speed |
 Mix in flour mixture & vanilla mixture |
 Hazelnuts, coarsely chopped |
 Golden raisins |
 Candied ginger |
 Fold in hazelnuts, raisins & candied ginger |
 Pour batter into a pan and smooth top |
 Out of the oven |
