I applied the Shadow/Highlight adjustment to reveal the dark details. This caused over saturation and color shift in the sky (note bottom layer thumbnail), so I added a Hue/saturation adjustment layer, masked the foreground with a black to white vertical gradient (after leveling the horizon) and adjusted the sky to my taste.
