The original image color may be more accurate that my adjustment. However, I would not base adjustment on white balance that uses the background or the "white" dress. There are too many variations in paint and fabric to rely on those. I would make a rough neutral correction in ACR, then work for pleasing skin tones in Photoshop. When working on portraits, I usually have good results by Assigning Color Match profile, then Converting to sRGB profile before further adjustments.
