Rusting Away

This shed has lots of character. It may look old and rusty, but is still in use. The rusty barrel being used as a trash can next to it caught my eye.

Tried Gary's suggestion

Like the alt more, the main draw is that great draw of the rusty colour

I love rusty things! I think the colour adds soo much character. Even under flat lighting, this is quite a find.

More corrugated iron... it is just so photogenic. Lovely old shed there.

Great looking shed. I like the 2 new panels...gives the place a bit of hope :>)

Neat old building. Still looks sound so why not use it. I painted metal roofs over the summer. All it needs is a coat of paint. :)

I like this photo. Question, why did you cut the right side of the shed?

I really like this rusty shed. You'd be surprised how long these rusty tin roofs and structures can survive.

I love this rusty shed.

I like this one as well. Rusty stuff sometimes have a cool effect. I love that you drew your attention to the barrel who just as the barn is rusting away and fits well in the image.

Now that is amazing that it still is used.

Still in use? For what? Neat old shed, that's for sure. Wonder what a selective desat (keeping the rust) would look like?

The muted reds and greens work so well together. The cloudy weather makes them seem almost more saturated.

You are right Elaine the rust does give the shed character.
