Osprey are graceful, elegant and extremely accurate hunters. In Yellowstone National Park we watched them sight in on their prey from high atop trees and then swoop down to grab fish from streams and rivers, seldom missing their mark. The Osprey is a fish-eating specialist, with live fish accounting for about 99% of its diet.
