This one is for the cranky rule-bound judges who say that you should ALWAYS have an odd number of objects. I like doing echos - sharp foreground object "echoed" by a softer version in the distance - and don't care about judges (even though I occasionally am one - who knows no rules).
PS - I failed to mention last Sunday (5/24) that it was the 5th anniversary of my first daily-photo (missed less than the fingers on one hand since then). The first four years were both shot & posted on the same day. This past year I've eased up but still shoot several times a week - and post daily. Practice makes perfect. Here is my very first daily photo - http://www.pbase.com/ed_k/image/29326903 - just about the 1st image made with my first real camera (D70) and it shows that I had a lot to learn. Looking back over the past five year's postings tells some interesting tales.
