05/29/09 - Painterly Multiple Exposure

A 9-shot D300 in-camera multiple exposure. The first 4 exposures (of 9) were with the camera stationary on a tripod. The final 5 moved the camera in a small circle. The intent was to get a good solid vision of the basic scene (by weighting it by 4/9-th's of the total. You can see the movement by looking at the two "circles" of white daisies near bottom left. Look at the larger bright daisy which is at about 10 o'clock in its circle. That's the 4x exposure. The other 5 at 11, 2, 4, 6 & 8 o'clock are the final five exposures. The subject is a small area of wildflowers on a hillside nearby.
