Gorgeous flower, gorgeous photos. I especially appreciate being able to see close-up pictures, and pictures of the whole plant. This will really assist in identification.....if I'm ever fortunate enough to come across this beauty. Thank you!

Many years ago I was walking in the woods in Southern Illinois, and smelled this wonderful smell (in my memory, it was similar to Old Spice), and heard this buzzing. Around the next bend were zillions of these blue-eyed Mary wildflowers, and zillions of bees. To this day it is one of my favorite memories ever.
