Florence

When my group arrived at the Piazzale Michelangelo, the famous spot for a magnificent panoramic view of Florence, it was drizzling. The whole city looked a little gloomy in the morning rain.

Florence is known as the "cradle of the Renaissance" for its artistic sculpture, churches and buildings. The most famous tourist attraction of Florence - the cathedral and its dome built by Filippo Brunelleschi, was the most dorminant architecture, in all kinds of weather.
