Victoria Rd passes through Rozelle, parts of which are particulary ugly - very much a part of town
which no one quite knows what to do with. In no small measure this is due to state government
zoning decisions which got quickly reversed for political reasons. It is hard for industry to
invest if they don't know what may happen to their efforts in the context of an uncertain future.
