These are photos of just David and/or John. There are also a few other photos of us with various friends in some of the other galleries. DS refers to David's initials. LJ stands for Littlejohn which was John's nick name back during this period.

Many of the dates on these photos are approximate. Although one usually thinks of black&white images as being older than color that is often not the case here. Many of the color shots were taken with a point-and-shoot instamatic camera that we had originally bought in New York. In Venice, about 1977, we got a 35mm SLR camera and began shooting mostly B&W.
