This gallery will use the following definition of 'Creating Motion in a Still Image' as supplied by The Canadian Association of Photographic Art (CAPA): To illustrate motion in a still image the photograph must give the impression that motion is occurring or about to occur be it frozen or happening.

Post-Processing: Search Adobe TV for product/technique Information

Technical Information: You may not use filters or presets, with the exception of Sharpen. During post-processing you may use Motion Blur and Circular Blur, as well as Masked Layers of the same image where you have applied these two blurs, Liquefy may be used as a support to the blur if needed. In Camera techniques ie: panning, long exposures or zooming in and out are expected.

POSTING GUIDELINES:
*DATES all images must be taken between July 1, 2015 and June 30, 2016
*THEME primary theme of your image should be 'Creating Motion in a Still Image' as defined by CAPA
*NAMING begin the image title with your full name, followed by
and then your image name
*NUMBER maximum 2 images per member per week in this gallery
*DIMENSIONS maximum of 800 pixels wide for landscape view or 700 high for vertical
*SIZE (bytes) maximum file size of no more than 180K, oversized images will be compressed
*IMAGES not identified or titled will be removed
