Too dark for me, but good potential for a "fake HDR": Duplicate layer, layer blend mode "screen", add a white layer mask and fill with a black-to-transparent gradient in a direction hitting 90 degrees on the horizon line. Drag from top of picture and release drag a little a little above the "horizon". here. Adjust opacity to taste.
Would make the brighter areas on platform and construction shine a little more, adding more obvously to the lines and planes in the image.
Just an idea.

Great silhouette! I cannot guess the subject completely but see that its a vehical of some kind and has a driver on the wheel. I like the lighted clouds and the natural sky peeping through it.
