I do like to hone things down to the essential elements. LOL! Thanks. :) ~ Lonnit

You've created an interesting shot with the minimum of components...

Hmmm... the flash was on-camera, for certain. As for cropping, I may have made a very slight tad of crop, but certainly nothing as drastic as would put the blowout center. I think there is a fluorescent light over the switch, and the next ceiling bay, over the sign, has none. That's the only thing I can think of to explain it. BTW, the sign has since fallen. ~ Lonnit

something oddly spooky here, especially with the fallout shelter sign just barely hanging by one corner. was the flash off camera, or is this cropped (just wondering about the off-center hot spot, not that it's a problem, I like it) - b.c.

Thanks, Kelly. The banding isn't too bad here - I didn't notice it until you pointed it out. Maybe it shows more on your end. It's such a freaky pic anyway, the banding can only add to the oddity. LOL! ~ Lonnit

Excellent shot, post processing and well placed over blown highlights! Bummer about the compression creating the banding. - Kelly
