Thanks Rod, Gerry, Abs, Tom and Debi! These were shot on different days for different challenges but I used the same setup for both, directional light with black poster board in the b/g. Now that I see these together, I think I'll print them up and frame them! :-) CJ

the first thing came to my mind...two flowers are talking :)
both are beautifully lit and cleverly composed in the pair. -Abstract
ps: i personally would use a little tinner border. strong black/white contrast is decreasing the impact of yellow/black contrast (between flower/background).
