I agree with everyone. This is a splendid street capture. You got the hustle and bustle of the background but the DOF which is perfect, isolates these two men. And I see a hint of eye connection with the fellow on the right. If so, maybe you can dodge the eyes a bit so we see his eyes just a bit clearer, not by much though so we still get some nice shadow and mystery.
This is good in several ways. Love the postures of the two men and the gaze the right one seems to give the photographer. The streak of light does a very good job of putting those two characters in the centre of attention. Very well shot!
