right, unfortunately the illuminated subject is a guard rail. Maybe when I went looking for something more interesting, I found the shadow. I get your point though. Penny Street

It's negative light Penny. I'm basically looking for images where the light is more important as a component of the primary focus. Of course both are important, but here I think the illuminated subjects dominate the shadows. Not a perfect example however because the nature of the light itself is not well conveyed. -tv
