It looks a bit too bright on my monitor as well, but maybe that's not a criticism. It certainly conveys the feel of an August afternoon at the beach...makes me think that I really need sunglasses.

Thanks! The exposure looks good on my monitor, but the body is a bit bright intentionally, to accentuate the contrast of the shadows on him. ~ Lonnit

Good take on the topic Lonnit. The light gleams off the water and the boy's skin while the mottled shadows provide a foil to the brightness. The exposure seems a little too bright on this monitor but maybe that's a matter of taste. -tv
