Wow. Fantastic capture of an amazing model. And it's got purple on it too :) I love how it works with the tree-line in the background too. Excellent! Jim H.

Bob, That IS my hobby. Digital Photography is a distant second. There is more money in that one airplane than most of use have in our cameras, lenses, computers and software. No, I don't fly a jet and I've no desire to ever fly a RC Jet.

Nice photo!

Excellent catch, Bob! You probably had to do a bit of cropping to get the thirds, eh? Just getting this little screamer in focus and in the frame anywhere is probably a challenge, yah? Warm fuzzies, -mikey

Thanks Melanie, Olaf, Nico and Pops, this plane is amazing, so fast it is nearly impossible to capture with any reliability. The jet engine spins at an amazing 150,000 revs per minute and it really screams. I sometimes call in and take a few pics for them. They are fanatical about their hobby... a bit like we folk I guess? Appreciate your comments. Regards BOB.

Love it!

Excellently captured, Bob. If it was not for the empty cockpit, you could have fooled me into thinking you guys 'Down Under' were building a new prototype spy plane. :-) Compliments and regards. ~jnconradie

Yes, the heat waves do add interst to this...

Nice shot of that cool looking model plane, I also like the wavy haze it leaves in its wake. --Melanie
