Excellent! I too like the way the hat and the window seem to go together. --Melanie (mlynn)

Hahahaha, can just picture everyone furiously downloading this and cursing the levels/curves sliders for not being able to 'reveal all' :-)

Yup as Pops stated, havent been to the CTF challenges, need to check them out asap.

Cheers, Vikas.

Lonnit, those thousands of hits were over in the CTF for challenges 73 and 83. I don't believe that Vikas has been there, ever.

BTW, It is a very excellent picture.

Thank you, guys. I'm not so comfortable with this one for the wall, with my kids in the house. LOL! It did win a ribbon at my camera club and the Photographic Federation of Long Island though. Funny thing was that at camera club, after the judging, when the names and titles were given, I only use my first initial on my work so that I'm judged as a woman fotog without bias, and the judge, upon hearing "self portrait" in the title (and after having made a comment about them being nice thighs) screached, "THAT'S A MAN???", sooner thinking that a man in drag would be more likely than a woman photog, and hence proving my point as to why I should continue to sign my name in a unisexual manner. :)

Vikas, I cannot believe you've not seen this before! Where were you that challenge? LOL! It got a thousand hits during the challenge period. Everyone was downloading it and trying to brighten it up! LOL! I actually am wearing a top and bottom, hidden in the shadows. I did PS out the side band of the bottom though, for effect. :)

Hot! Smokin` hot...but also full of tension and complexity. Truly a worthy piece of work for a wall. Best wishes, Traveller

I love this image every time it turns up. I just noticed how well the textures and color of the hat and the glass brick go together. A beautifully composed image! ~Sharon
