No excessive Photoshopping required, just a post-storm sunset over the Pacific. Levels, shadows/highlights/midtone contrast adjustment. Boosted the saturation a little at the end to fit the Surrealism theme a little better.

I like the combination of the light blue surf and the dark blue clouds. Nice exposure on the lighter skies, also. A beautiful picture.
