Oh no - I wouldn't suggest you change this in photoshop - I don't think you'd ever get it to look right. Don't take my crits too seriously - what the hell do I know? I'm just offering a different viewers perspective. The background thing is something you might be aware of/try out on a different shoot, that's all :-)

I love the color tone of this shot. I like the softness of the picture, but that may contribute to the slightly out of focus look of the model. I guess you can't have it both ways though.

ISO - Thanks, I tried changing the background with this shot in PS and could never get it to look right with the hair and all. If I can find a Rose (The model grew the Rose as well and they are all done for the season) as stunning and big as the one in the shot I'll try re-shooting.
The thing that jumps out the most is the rose - goes with the title. But I feel that the model, who is obviously supposed to be integral to the piece (or you would have just shot the rose right?), gets a little lost against the background. The colour of that wall compared to her skin doesn't give the greatest contrast, and therefore most of the frame is a little flat. Purely IMHO of course, and I know I'm a great fan of white backgrounds, but I think something lighter might of helped on this one. Sharpness has been discussed and I would agree. But the comp and concept is fine.

Scott – Thanks for the comments. I went back and looked at the original and it looked sharper but still a little off so think your right I could improve on the DOF as well as my PS work. Thanks again.
