It is a popular snack (street food) in China and Hong Kong.

Stinky tofu is cooked in different ways in various areas of China.
In Hong Kong, the stinky tofu is deep fried and eaten with chili sauces.

I don't like the smell of this Stinky Tofu! For those Stinky Tofu lovers, they will say "Yummy". But for those who can't stand for the strong stinky smell, they will say "Yucky". Anyway, interesting shot!
