Located just outside of Birmingham, Alabama is the new Barber Motorsports Park. The track is 2.3 miles long, 45 feet wide, has 16 turns and more than 80 feet of elevation change. It is beautiful and the entire area is landscaped. There is also a four-story museum that has over 800 motorcycles on display as well as several race cars. Trams run continuously so that you go to any track viewing area or the museum at any time.

These photos are from practice and qualifying sessions of the inaugural motorcycle event, the Honda Superbike Classic and AMA Chevy Trucks U.S. Superbike Championship.

It was the grand opening of the new museum also, so I've included some shots from there as well.
