Can You See Me? Bittern

I was trying to shoot a yelowthroat and various sparrows while I was at the Montezuma Wildlife Refuge. All of a sudden this female bittern skittered up the bank. They pose like this to be camoflauged, but as you can see, she stood out like a sore thumb. You can tell it's a female from the white brooding patches on her body. All of a sudden, another one flew and she followed. I must have been right on top of her nest. If she hadn't gone up the bank I wouldn't have noticed her since I was intent on photographing other birds. Sometimes you just get lucky. Oh, the bitterns have nested in this area before.
