7:52 AM. This picture, compositionally, is quite similar to the previous image of a bush along the shoreline; but the light is much, much less favorable. The wonderful rich warmth of the early morning is now lost, and the 'tone' of the image is much less dramatic. A b/w interpretation might be more useful here. One other slight problem with this image is that the background is slightly out of focus - I overcompensated a bit too much in my estimation of the hyperfocal distance in this case. 1/20 sec, f/8.
