While Gayle had to work, I tried to hike up to the top of a beautiful mesa. I could not reach the top because the snow was too deep. Had lots of fun trying though. I have not had internet for a few days and am way behind on comments but will catch as soon as possible ( may take a week). I also have a huge mountain of pictures to sort through. It was above freezing when I started and in the mid forties when I returned to the car an hour and a half later.
