Great Blue Heron at Sunrise.

Bosque del Apache Refuge

The sun was barely starting to rise and the male was already busy bringing sticks to his mate. I took this photo into the sun because I liked the romantic silhouette look. This was just the beginning of a morning full of birds for Gayle and me.
