While strolling down the woodline I noticed a bump on a tree. Upon closer inspection we found it to be a very tired, fat, and cozy racoon enjoying sleeping in a tree limb crook about 25 feet above a flooded wetland area. Several attempts were made to disturn the coon with no success. Most likely as the sunset today, the fat fella got up....stretched...and is spending the night rambling for an easy meal.
